Water is still cold and shear forecasted to be high.

If anything, this should be a weak sub-tropical cyclone; even if it gets over to the CONUS coast.

Since we are not in the official Atlantic Hurricane season, I wonder that if something does spin up, if an invest will actually be posted.

The shear may generate some strong MCs's worst case; but nothing approaching a TS.
