My guess on cloud types

In general, today, on the RGB loop, I might call the yellow/green clouds Cumulus.
I'd call the white/blue clouds Cirrus if they had no joined lower level convection or circulation.
I'd probably call the white/blue clouds Cumulonimbus if have a joined lower level convection.
I don't know.... It is just my best guess.
My generic low level cloud: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumulus_cloud
A cloud that busts up into the upper atmosphere: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumulonimbus_cloud
What's left over after a cloud busts up into the upper atmosphere: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cirrus_cloud
So, in response to your question, 'Target, when you say "eye" do you mean the circulation evident within the cirrus just to the west of the main blob of convection?'
I'd say no (just my guess), I see a small circulation of yellowish cumulus clouds to the west of the blob of blue cirrus clouds on the RGB loop, and I am waiting for the circulation to create some big blue Cumulonimbus clouds, and also to create a big brown blob on the AVN loop (or a green blob on the funktop loop.
