AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER IS LOCATED JUST TO THE WEST OF CENTRAL AMERICA. DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...OF THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY TO SPREAD OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AMERICA OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS THE SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY TOWARD THE NORTHWEST. THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...20 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
