UL Forecast for SE GOM & NW Carib

A good looking upper-level ridge could be forming in the next few days centered pretty much over the Yucatan Channel.

The mid-level jet thru the Florida straights could be letting up some as well.

If up-coming model-runs start showing a surface low forming, I would take them serious.
