Watch North of Panama. Strong convection firing offshore of Africa.

Strong wave is firing moderate convection at 12N 77W.
Some LL circulation and under an UL ridge.


Also getting a nice cluster of thunderstorms off-shore of Africa.
It is associated with a high-riding wave.
Looks like it is able to dodge SAL at the moment.
