Mid level low pressure forms over SE Texas---Tides well above normal in SW La

Clearly visible on sat loop. Expected to continue to bring rain and above normal tides to SW La tomorrow. Local met had nothing to add to possible effects further east for SE La or Miss-Al Coast. Normally a well defined low such as this would be slow to dissipate as it drifts generally east.
