I find it interesting that what people around America... far from the beach are worried about is oil mixed in with the rain falling on them...
Well... they worry on a lot of things...
high price of gas
finding clean energy sources
It's easy to write it off as from what I understand it's not something that is likely to happen or .. as I understand it ... it can get mixed into the rain but it would not have any real impact.
During the Dust Storms of the 30s... cars in DC had dust on them..
In bad SAL outbreaks we get a reddish dust on cars in Miami...
How much of a real threat can someone upstream of a storm have from oil in the rain... say somewhere like Arkansas where a storm headed inland would mix with a front..
I've read so many papers on various oil related topics til my vision went funny but truth is until something happens and is documented and studied after the fact... it's all speculation.
Right...or not right?
