I'm looking for feedback on how best to display model data on my site (OT)

I am working on a new version of my model system that displays models from the National Hurricane Center. I thought maybe some of you might have some suggestions on how best to display some of the data. Since the system is geared toward weather enthusiasts, who best to ask?

These are some test examples...

Google Maps:

(Do be careful when animating models on that page. This map uses version 3 of Google Maps and I do not know how well it works on older browsers. Errors you may notice: The dollar signs are where additional info is added within the system and I left it like that for when I add it back into the main code.)

Google Earth (opens in Google Earth):
http://tropicalatlantic.com/update/gearthtest/test3.kmz
(Errors you may notice: The wind speed and pressure diagrams I am still working on. And the diagrams do not display within Google Earth when there is a lot of data. And the popup text runs off of the pressure diagram but that is because I have not applied the fix I used for the wind speed one. I plan on adding the ability to choose what units you want to display on the graph. I might also make two versions of each graph so that when a tropical storm stays weak, I don't have the scale all the way up to cat 5 which squishes the data.)

The system is not yet online and I still have a lot to do, like build a web interface for it. In the next few months I may have an online version for people to beta test. (A lot of this new system has been collecting dust for the last 4 years, but I am finally working full time on it again.)

I might also create some model error statistics in real time. I'm not sure how that works exactly so I might not get to it, and since the site that was doing it is finally back I might not do it. But, I do have some ideas on how to better display the data, such as on a chart like I will do wind speeds and pressures.

If you have some suggestions, let me know here. You can follow my progress on the new system here.
