SHIPS & CMC so far seem to be the most aggressive.
GFDL is keeping it as a TS.
HWRF hardly develops it.
From CMC's shear forecast, it shows a steady anticyclone over it. It is having the NW jet stay on its NW flank; thus maintaining an enhanced outflow channel and accounting for its RI.
IMHO, the jet will be key.
Either it will kill it or strengthen it.
Depends a lot on how it tracks relative to the jet.
