you know Fred I was thinking of you yesterday.... came across an old article about the Long Island Hurricane and hurricanes in general and it talked about the record heat in the NE that summer and across the Eastern Part of the Atlantic Coast and was wondering on how that relates to this summer as an indicator of a repeat hit...  

and it will be hit again eventually and people DO need to be prepared
