| Thanks for the empathy. We are retired and it is hard to start over at our age when on a fixed social security income. Unless BP compensates property owners for the loss of real estate value and diminished lifestyle, we cannot afford to buy another home elsewhere and continue to pay the mortgage on our current house. I am wondering if the government will issue orders for everyone to evacuate because of the contamination. I do not know where we could go. |
