Not familiar with Danny here in NW FL, Jack - did you perchance mean Dennis?  Struck Santa Rosa Island July 10, 2005 between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach; north winds brought Santa Rosa Sound ashore in a surge and wreaked more destruction on PBeach still devastated by Ivan the previous September.  Here on PBeach we said whatever Ivan partially ruined, Dennis finished off.

In any case, thanks for the thumbnail view.  Pretty scary.  We moved here from CT in 2000 and boy were we in for it -- and obviously still are.
