| We know the yellow circle means low probablility for development. But the yellow circle (if used correctly) serves a purpose. Low probability now (but probability does in fact exist), and its giving us a heads up that probabilities perhaps might increase down the line. Jac, the NHC guys put up a yellow circle, how am I supposed to "ignore it". |
