The hurricane hunters are flying just under a thousand feet, so down there it may or may not be yet. It has been getting better organized since the last pass, so this next one could be it. Winds are getting a little higher. Might possibly get a name if they can find the west wind. There might not be enough readings to name it though. They might say the SFMR estimate was rain contaminated. But need that west wind first.We'll know within probably twenty minutes.
