That will likely be the landfall pressure. And 100mph looks good for a landfall intensity too based on the SFMR estimates.

I usually use this chart as a guide for pressures:

So borderline cat 3/4. But for this storm, the winds just could not catch up thankfully.

That is what makes it interesting, every storm is truly different. This one in a good way for Mexico.
