Whether these are right are not, here is what appeared on the Weather Underground page:

15,000 ft.
64 knots
ESE (117)

12,000 ft.

SE (125)

I'm not sure where they were located. I missed their locations and I am suspect because they are really high compared to everything else. They would be moment gusts at those high altitudes.
