Flash Flood Warning in S La----Tropical Low dumping many inches of rain

Warning in Iberia and St. Martin Parishes---TV Bulletin said about six inches fallen this morning with potential for 2-4 more inches. Looking at map on website (below) it says that even more rain has already fallen in New Iberia, La.
