Mixed signals

It did fire a hot-tower along the coast a few hours ago and another approximately 100 miles north of Cancun.
However, MIMIC-TPW is totally hosed - roll has completely collapsed.
Core has straightened up though - at 1C and lifted to the normal position in the upper troposphere.
If this does spin up, may take at least a good day to get the boundary layer air to start converging again.
Anti-cyclone is waiting for it on the coast.
