And I've been guilty too criticizing the practice of posting a yellow circle with a near 0% chance of development in 48 hours. But I don't know---this area near Jamaica that Jac's been posting about may have a more respectable chance. Looks like there may be at least some mid-level circulation down there---and upper level conditions appear pretty stable.
