I think your looking at 97L.

Nice image of convection firing along a dry-line.

So, back in the Carib, take a look at this closeup off Nicaragua.

Surface wind obs along the coast are showing a surface CCW rotation.

Just need a good 55K-ft cell with some decent rain-rate to get the ball rolling.

If this does develop, steering is to the NW.
