I may very well be wrong, but 97L doesn't impress me right now. The actual "center" or wave axis is west of all that thunderstorm activity. Its already over the north coast of the Dominican Republic. I see no hints at all of any westward developing wind or even a hint of much of a LLC. Could be wrong--but I don't see immediate development--and the interaction with land will make it even less likely. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.
