| Yeah, I've already voiced my complaints as far as the percentages go(with the yellow circle)--so I'll give that a rest. But I was really surprised when the NHC (midday yesterday) went from orange to red with 97L---I mean the system was just then bucking right up against the TUTT. There is something of a chance that 97L may eventually develop, but I think the NHC overplayed their hand (and I said so) when they posted the red circle. |
