Bonnie is here finialy but is a increasing threat to southeast Florida. T.S. Bonnie currently moving
northwestward at 14 mph has not shown any signs of a turn to the westnorthwest. If this
northwesterly motion continues in the next 24 hours. Southeastern Florida will see a landfall.
Additional tropical storm watches and warnings may be issued further north if this
northwesterly trend continues. I see a possible landfall between Miami and West Palm Beach
by Friday afternoon. Bonnies northwesterly motion is caused by the southerly shear from the
upper level low to is west. I expect to see major changes from the NHC by 11:00 pm tonight.
