Your statement expresses the overall theme yesterday's weather forecast here in SW La. Bonnie will not make landfall here (as originally thought). And although she's not coming and is at best only a minimal tropical storm, she serves as a wake-up call and a reminder that if you haven't yet made all preparations, make them now. We stand at the threshold of the heart of the season.
