if that is the purpose of their invests than it is more confusing than the cone and the dotted line down the middle

a graphic is usually for people to look at fast and see "oh wow there is a circle there" vs reading all the small print in what they mean.

and the nhc always makes a big big deal ... a BIG deal how inland situations should be handled by the NWS and not them and local weather reports so

think there is some disconnect here between what they mean and what they are doing

if you ask me

i think it's a CYA game personally

then again i ran a lawfirm once and that was always the name of the game
