I get what you're saying Jac. I think you've had you're eye on I21 since it was well inland over Africa. But I'm gonna stay with the 90L impulse which is already well established over tropical seas. Yes it is entangled in the ITCZ, but its got plenty of time to migrate further north. I don't look for any immediate development now--I'm thinking 3-5 days down the line.
