Our little friends in the ITCZ has just been updated to RED on the NHC Site. That's >50% chance according to the graphic, but the overlay text is at 60%. A bit early for that call? Someone at the NHC must be pretty comfortable with conditions for it to become Colin. It's crawling across the ITCZ with plenty of time. We shall see.....
