Starting to see the standard northern-flank wind-field that is indicative of a TD.

Even though the last ASCAT wasn't exactly over it, the areas that it did measure show that a closed circulation could be present.

A couple 60-knot surface wind barbs are showing.

MIMIC-TPW is rolling

Shear is minimal.  Anti-cyclone is right over the top.

Core is wide and warm, which means development will be relatively slow.
