Starting to see the standard northern-flank wind-field that is indicative of a TD.
Even though the last ASCAT wasn't exactly over it, the areas that it did measure show that a closed circulation could be present.
A couple 60-knot surface wind barbs are showing.
MIMIC-TPW is rolling
Shear is minimal. Anti-cyclone is right over the top.
Core is wide and warm, which means development will be relatively slow.
High-top convection firing in the ADT Bulls-eye.
