Maybe coming together around 8N 32W

| Building a little LL vorticity and 200mb vorticity is clear there. Kinda looks like an anti-cyclone maybe forming. Convection is consistantly firing. Given that the UL outflow looks pretty good and IAKE and CAPE are relatively high; this could become big. If this does spin up, it will be from UL development of a tropical plume rather than surface development from a wave.     |
