I see a smaller T.D. 4 slowly strengthening and moving more WNW than NW. Weaker systems tend to follow the low level steering flow and I see future Colin continuing WNW longer.  I bet the trough of the southeast coast moves out by the time Colin moves closer to the Bahamas.
