NHC site keeps tropical storm symbol for Colin at least six hours or more after degeneration to low

| I'm posting this about six hours after Colin was downgraded. I noticed that an hour or so after the downgrade that the tropical storm symbol was still there. But no matter. However, I didn't expect to see it six hours after the downgrade!! Maybe it'll be there all night, or for the next two or three days?? who knows?! I guess like any large bureaucracy things just kind of run themselves after awhile. Maybe it doesn't matter. But this doesn't look like the NHC I remember from only five or so years ago. |
