It does have cyclonic curvature.  

Invests are relatively new inventions in the realm of tracking and invests are less an organized anything, then they are just a convective tropical mass.

We must calm it down, and take each thing as it is.  An invest is an invest, a TD is a TD, and TS still look like TS's.  Very few ever look that great.  Those that do, usually grow up and become hurricanes.

92L is in a position in the basin that should at least provide a scare, in that development there means landfall somewhere.
