I don't need to even point out where, it just goes whoa.

It's nothing at the moment, although I am a little surprised there is not some kind of near 0% circle on it. In the latest experimental gridded marine product the NHC does seem to indicate that something from that big blob, or maybe behind it since it is off the domain of the product, may develop next:

It did however take Colin a long time to form from his big blob, and since percentages are the chance of developing into a depression or higher with 48 hours, maybe they think due to that large size it will be slow to develop like Colin. (although the development on that gridded product is not that far off from now, but then again it is an experimental product)

No percentages changed at 2AM EDT. Recon will go out and see how former Colin is later today, if necessary.
