I bet the surface low will remain stationary alot longer than antipated......in fact another surface low may try to develop in the central Bahamas on the backside of the upper low when it crosses Florida in 48 hours. If another surface low develops in the Bahamas. This area will have the best chance of development than 94L in the Gulf because it will be on the backside of the upper level low where upper level winds are not as strong. This upper low which is quickly moving right towards the center of invest 94L is looking like Colin all over again. Expect alot of RAIN/THUNDERSTORMS begin to increase after midnight tonight along east and southeastern Florida.

Thanks.....Storm
