Fay was a storm that stayed caught up in an ULL for days, yet still managed to develop.

The models shoot it NW, then N and NNE over the next 72-96 hrs.

I think the intensity forecast will be convervative on this, due to the TUTT interaction.

If the TUTT loses its grip on the system, or fades, and shear stays low to moderate, this is another one that has the potential to see hurricane status before all is said and done.

Otherwise, I think a very strong tropical storm is in order for some portion of the north central gulf coast.
