Really great obs!

The TUTT is moving to the west and looks to be dissipating a little.

It is still limiting strong convection from developing.

Looking at high res CIMSS, it looks like an anti-cyclone is trying to form but can't due to the TUTT and anti-cyclone over KY / TN.

Core looks crappy as well.

Its got about 48 hrs to do something.

It could surprise us given the hot water but chance aren't that good for nothing more than a TS.
