| 28L Has some active circulation and a narrow moat of moisture between extremely dry air to the west and east. This might prove an interesting test of the marsupial pouch theory if the circulation can keep dry air from intruding into the system although the narrow shear might result in a mid level mixing, but development remains possible.  |
