Bill, that's not what their saying. They're saying within 10 years temperatures are expected to reach a threshold that would be conductive for advanced feedback melting processes in around greenland and ultimately the Arctic and with all that ice melting, then we could see such a sea level rise. Again, this is estimated.

The article posted here is paraphrased or poorly worded.
