The experience doesn't disappear but I don't have the terror Karen etc have had. Even with Andrew I did not have the terror others experienced. I swear I have a pack of angles looking out for me.
Courage I can't say, I guess I had the thoughts of moving on my mind and wondering if our things were safe and as kids think my sisters and I were kind of upset because the hotel we had chosen to stay in (it was beautiful) had a convention and was booked up. Yep we left New Orleans earlier that day the hotel was directly across the GOM in Biloxi. Mom said the only damage to the hotel was 10 feet of water in the lobby. Where that story came from I don't know and it does not make scents. |
