I don't understand this thread at all. None whatsoever. How Bobbistorm can tell JAC to give it a rest is beyond me first off. Doorman it makes sense.

I agree with what Arborist said. There's three people who really have consitently brought stuff to the board this year and that's JAC, Jake & Doorman. JAC digs into the science to the point where I think many don't understand and get aggravated that they don't. Jake just gives little updates like he works for NHC and Doorman just complains about NHC with satellite pictures to back up his claims.

Canetalk used to be a really great forum. I don't know what's happened but it's not the cool place it once was. I used to learn more from this forum then I did anywhere else and now it seems you have to weed through a bunch of BS to get to the good stuff, which is usually what JAC is doing.

Then of course theres those that come in an say "it will or won't develop" or "it will or won't strengthen" without explaining why or why not. At least JAC brings it you as he sees it (and by it I mean the data, images, graphs, models etc that he displays at canetalk).

I think theres alot of "hating on JAC" simply because he knows what he's talking about and he threatens the rest who  can't follow. Personally, I learn more. The rest of you complaining should stop, and listen instead.
