It's so odd talking about something with a 60% chance "350 MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS". Many of the first tracking points for the invest, before it was an official invest, are actually over land in Africa. The first water position after the final bit of land it had to cross was when the invest was officially released. It's simply amazing how some of these just can't wait to get started. And as Bobbi mentions, a couple good looking areas well spaced out over Africa. Add a small chance perhaps of something in the Gulf if the convection in that area sticks around awhile, and we could start making a real dent in the name list.
