Can anyone tell me?

For the last 2-3 weeks, I can't connect to http://moe.met.fsu.edu/tcgengifs/ , the page containing tropical forecast model animations.  I even tried fsu.edu so even the home page won't come up.  

I can't imagine that the whole site would be down for this length of time, especially right at the beginning of the school year.

I CAN connect to the site at PSU and to every other .edu in Florida.  Does anyone know for certain why?
