There is absolutely no reason to believe that Fiona is not next, with Gaston soon to follow thereafter.
The only saving grace to any of these storms -----> A high ridge that doesn't reach as far as it could, and push storms into the U.S. and Caribbean, Gulf.
The ridge IS weak on its western edge for Danielle.
The ridge SHOULD be weak on its western edge for Earl.
The ridge MIGHT be weak on its western edge for Fiona.
The ridge IS EXPECTED TO FULLY develop its western edge to reach as far west as 70W for Gaston.
The ridge is the key.
Future "Gaston" is nearly 4500 miles from U.S. shores. That's nearly 16 days, at an average forward speed before it would sniff the U.S. coastlines.
