HWRF With Earl and 97L(Fiona)

Why does this model show 2 different tracks with the storms..I know it is different run for each storm.but shouldn't it show the same tracks on both.on has earl further west,and one has Fiona se of Earl and the other has her dissapear east of earl..do they put different info in for each storm?
