I'm kind of expecting that 97L could be upgraded at any time. They might be too busy at the moment though to do it.

They waited forever to release the 8PM EDT position update on 97L and then over two hours later adjusted the position a little, so I think they are very busy there tonight.

I guess it could be the case. Think about how many governments they have to coordinate with tonight on all those watches and warnings.
