One in Twenty Chance?

Even if it is only a one in twenty chance of a major US landfall, FEMA might want to locate a few supply ships and check their inventory of emergency equipment for the possible recovery of a landfall area now.

Maybe they could print up some fliers for the evacuation routes for different areas.
