think if a storm is going thru an eye wall replacement cycle that is complex and it is less likely to turn while that is in progress
correct me with an example please
just my gut feeling its busy with inner dynamics
sometimes ... cat 4 and 5s make their own steering
well until something comes along and really GRABS it |
