Fujiwara or destruction ?

Fiona is are already getting downdraft from Earl.  Fiona is also VERY weak.

I think if the two storms were equal or at least Fiona had a solid circulation and canopy, then maybe they would Fujiwara, BUT

I think if Fiona runs into Earl, she gets destroyed and dissipates.
