Thanks, Jon; that would be helpful. My 90 year old dad lives in senior apartments in Plymouth and it's worrisome, from 1500 miles away. (I remember more than one late August vacation in South Yarmouth cut short by the tail end of hurricanes, or otherwise hideous New England weather!)
