Don't have a loop of Hugo but you can go here
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/archive/storm_wallets/atlantic/atl1989-prelim/hugo/
And read the first 2 gif's. The set up is eerily similar except for timing. Hugo got passed by the trof and bent back west by a building ridge from the east. There was even an ULL over Ga. and Al. during Hugo
